[c-nsp] copying ios image to a cisco 2950 switch with no ios image

hello
i have one cisco 2950 switch with no ios image.  the defaul prompt it enters is

and it has the following bootloader
switch: ver

i can see the boot and copy commands, but i am unable to load valid ios to flash. the list of file systems are as follows.

               flash[0]: (read-write)
              xmodem[1]: (read-only)
                null[2]: (read-write)                                           
                  bs[3]: (read-only)

can any body help how to load ios image to the switch?
