[c-nsp] Is the 6704 really as terrible as everyone says?

Definitely not. That would have been the WS-X6148-GE-TX :-)

That's how we use them (actually, we use 3 ports, up to some 2 Gbps
each), and so far, haven't seen any adverse effects.
We know it won't do full line rate, and especially not with bursty
traffic - but we're far away from that.
