Hello,
you are running IP feature set (I-M), but according FN you need IP PLUS
(IS-M) minimum feature set to support ADSL cards.
IP PLUS will also require 64MB dram and 16MB flash memory.
Also, your ios recognize wic-adsl as pa-1c-p which is strange.
