[c-nsp] NPE-G1 cant read Compact Flash

Cisco on the older boxes used a non-FAT flash file system the key is 
whether the flash is referred to as slotX or diskX.   if the 
nomenclature is slotX it uses a proprietary disk format which cannot be 
read by an external reader.
