[c-nsp] Mysterious ASIC

Apparently not very new (as some of this gear is 2.5 years old) and used
in a lot of stuff...

throughput. 

But now look at this, the 2960-24TC-L Advertised at 6.5Mpps:

Does anybody know what this new ASIC may be and what else it is used in?
