[c-nsp] rate limiting a port on me-6524

All,

I'm having trouble trying to limit the data rate of a port on a cisco 6524.  I was able to create a policy map and limit the input traffic, but not the output traffic.  I'm getting the below error:

"MQC features are not supported in output direction for this interface"

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Again I'm using:
cisco ME-C6524GT-8S
IOS Version 12.2(18)ZU2
