[c-nsp] Cisco 7604 && 6704 10GE card problem

Hello all,

We have some problem with 6704 10GE card when installing it into 7604 platform.
The  TestLoopback is failed on first and third ports.
In logging overview next:

  %DIAG-SP-3-TEST_SKIPPED: Module 4: TestLoopback{ID=4} is skipped
  %DIAG-SP-3-TEST_SKIPPED: Module 4: TestTransceiverIntegrity{ID=3} is skipped

We tried insert card in different slot, but that no does not help.
We tried insert card in different router, also 7604, but that does not help.

Although when we inserted it in to 7609 platform all tests passed.

May be, have anyone  with the same problem and might me help ?
