[c-nsp] WS-X6148A-GE-45AF is not powering up

He had problems with module 6. And now it is module 1. Seems strange for 
me.

Renelson, as I can see you have a WS-C6509-E chassis. Move the card from 
slot 6 to slot 7 and show the output of "show module".
