That's right. JUNOS, by default, has 2 queues enabled on
each interface; 'be' and 'nc'.
'be' is assigned 95% of the interface bandwidth while 'nc'
takes 5%.
Of course, these values can be changed and additional queues
can be added, but if QoS isn't explicitly configured by the
operator, the above is what the system gives you.
