[c-nsp] Speed problem and router seems to sluggish

You are in FIB exception, which means you've overflowed the FIB TCAM. The only way around this is to reduce the number of prefixes, then reload to recover, or upgrade all PFCs/ DFCs to XL-based daughtercards and reload
