[c-nsp] 6500/Sup720 losing "startup-config"

I found the images on CCO. And I can see that I even have an older one
lying around, but somehow I can't find the procedure for doing a ROMMON
upgrade. My (non-ECC!) memory tells me that I once looked at exactly
such a procedure, but I just can't find it now.

Any pointers? :-)
