[c-nsp] Apply service policy via Radius?

Hi,

Have DSL users terminating on LNS(7204) via Eth, with radius auth -
Trying to apply the following service policy(Configured on LNS) upon
successful auth:

policy-map JF-2MB-ADSL
class class-default
    shape average 1850000
 
Using the following av-pair:

ip:sub-qos-policy-out=JF-2MB-ADSL

But the user is unable to auth, and I am seeing the following with
debug l2x

Removing the ip:sub-qos-policy-out=JF-2MB-ADSL from radius profile
for the user, they are able to connect.
