Unfortunately the standard wasn't forceful enough so people wouldn't
be able to use smaller than /64 prefixes, which would halve the IPv6
prefix length. As of now, where it's legal to use /112 or /126 and the
IPv6 prefix length is up to 128 bits, it's not worth to use /64 unless
EUI addressing is in place.
