Well it's not only budget. If you start "playing" with IPv6 now you have
enough time learn about IPv6, plan the integration of IPv6, etc. You can
take one step at a time and slowly integrate IPv6 into your
network. You have also time to train your colleagues, especially support
stuff.
If you wait until you really need IPv6 you'll won't have any experience
with IPv6 and you will make many costly mistakes and you most probably
will need more costly external support.
