I'm assuming you bought an ASA 5510? If so, I think a Security Plus
license is required to do what you want to do. Your best bet would be to
talk with the reseller who sold you your ASA to determine needs, pricing,
etc.

I don't know what you mean. You can register for a CCO account, but I
believe you have to have a valid service contract number or device serial
number (for support while the device is still under its initial warranty)
to associate with the account before you can do anything else. I don't
know the exact process - I haven't had to create a new CCO account since
1998.
