I'm not sure it's supported in the same way as you'd expect it to work
on a 7200.
I've only ever implemented LLQ on 6500 using wrr-queue to setup the
queues and priority-queue, and usually CoS 5 (DSCP values 40-47) are
mapped to this queue by default.
