[c-nsp] 6500 Priority Queuing (DSCP & EXP no COS based)

Thanks.

My problem is that the interface priority*-*queue command can only be
associated with CoS an not EXP, may be a class map and a policy map can do
the job but i just need confirmation/clarification.
