[c-nsp] No DOM support for X2 optics on Cat 4900M?

I get this on my 4900M's with SR optics 12.2(54)SG:
If device is externally calibrated, only calibrated values are printed.
++ : high alarm, + : high warning, - : low warning, -- : low alarm.
NA or N/A: not applicable, Tx: transmit, Rx: receive.
mA: milliamperes, dBm: decibels (milliwatts).
