[c-nsp] FRU-power failed help me

Seen this - in our case it was the on-card power regulator that died.

6500 uses a single DC voltage (42V) in the backplane, and has voltage
regulators on the cards.  Regulator dies, and you lose the card.

You probably have a dead card.  Time to call TAC/sub in spare/hunt down
replacement.
