[c-nsp] Need help with setting up ip multicast routing...correction

I have a few questions:
1. Can the servers ping the encoders?
2. Are the encoders connected at layer three and running PIM, or are
they layer two?
3. Is this source-specific multicast? If so, you need to be running
IGMP v3 on your layer two interfaces.
