They'll sell you a nice warm IBLM report, convincing you to buy loads of
new-and-improved[0] equipment to replace you old malfunctioning[1]
equipment.
And the report is free[2].

[0]: "new-and-improved" in this context means "more expensive", "more
buggy software" and "less built-in features". And "smaller buffers".
[1]: "malfunctioning" in this context means proven design with
well-known failure modes and failure frequencies that does what it's
supposed to do.
[2]: Except you have to pay for them to actually make the report. (I
havn't figured out what the "free" thing is then.)
