[c-nsp] ASN geographical spread

Hi,

Is there any way/tool to determine the geographical spread of an AS number?
I don't mean the geographical spread of a service-provider which is global
but more of an enterprise with it's own registered AS number but using
different ISPs to connect to the internet at various different places.

 

I know it's a vague question.even I am not sure why my lead designer wants
me find this out.
