[c-nsp] NAT issue

What kind of problems do you see exactly?  Also what kind of nat are you
doing?  What kind of traffic pattern?  What does the translation table look
like right before you clear it?  There are limits to both address pools and
active translations so it may be as simple as expanding a pool or enabling
PAT.
