Hi,
you won't solve this with IPBase.
RA Guard currently is only supported on (certain models and images of) Cat65 and Cat 4500/4948.
and from my understanding it won't be supported on much else anywhere soon as "processing of IPv6 in hardware" is needed to implement RA guard "in a reasonable way".
