I'am not sure how I could figure out if there are any microburst. I'am
seeing those OutDiscards
on nearly any 100Mb Link configured in this ME3600X network.

I could try to collect the SNMP-Counters really fast to get more
information if microbursts are
happening. But at the moment I'am solely using the "load-interval 30" on
those interfaces to figure
the rates out - they are the whole time below 1Mbps.

Egress are other ME3600X connected, interface configuration is like this:
---
interface GigabitEthernet0/3
 no switchport
 dampening
 mtu 1960
 ip address x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
 no ip redirects
 no ip proxy-arp
 ip router isis
 ip pim query-interval 1
 ip pim sparse-mode
 load-interval 30
 carrier-delay msec 0
 mpls ip
 mpls traffic-eng tunnels
 isis circuit-type level-2-only
 isis network point-to-point
 ip rsvp bandwidth
end
---
#sh int g0/3
