No, you can configure multiple subnets as secondary IP addresses like this:
!
interface gigabitEthernet 1/1
ip address 192.0.2.1 255.255.255.240
ip address 192.0.2.193 255.255.255.224 secondary
ip address 203.0.113.65 255.255.255.192 secondary
!
I'm not positive what you meant.
