You definitely have some room but it really depends on your environment.

Do you plan on turning on more features?  Plan on 50% increase on 
bandwidth or pps?

Really hard to say.  But, if you are not familiar with platforms that 
are considered replacemements/bumps up, start looking before you get buried.
