[c-nsp] SSRAM Consistency Check Errors

I've been seeing some weird SSRAM Consistency Check errors on a 7606S
with RSP720-3cxl.

Consistency Check Count       : 161
TCAM Consistency Check Errors : 0
SSRAM Consistency Check Errors : 1235989

The only blade in the chassis is the RSP720. I tried swapping out the
RSP720 for a spare and have been getting the same errors.

Running IOS 15.0(1)S2.

Could it be the chassis that's causing the SSRAM errors or did I luck
out and get a second blade with the same problem? I see them in both
Slot5 and Slot6 on the chassis.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
