[c-nsp] Bonded T3 Bandwidth issue

What kind of router and what kind of card?  Have you tried unbonding them
and verifying that you can get 45M over each circuit?  Are they private
line?  Also, those speed test sites are usually only accurate up to 20-30M
there should be some kind of FAQ that will tell you when it gets fuzzy.
