Ok, maybe that was a bad attention grabber... ;)
I'm working with a team in Technical Support looking at some of our
mobility applications.
I suggested we ask this user community for some feedback on what they
think would be most helpful from a mobile application perspective in
helping improve their technical support experience. The team was excited
about seeing what you have to say.
I'd appreciate the help if you could take 2 minutes (it's short) and

The idea is we want to look at how we could improve the technical
support experience by delivering more capability on mobile devices.
