It definitely works in SXI5, because I tested it before I sent my email,
and again just now.

$ snmpgetnext -v 2c me-core  sysDescr
CISCO-IETF-IP-MIB::cInetNetToMediaPhysAddress

SNMPv2-MIB::sysDescr.0 = STRING: Cisco IOS Software, s72033_rp Software
(s72033_rp-ADVIPSERVICESK9_WAN-M), Version 12.2(33)SXI5, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc2)

CISCO-IETF-IP-MIB::cInetNetToMediaPhysAddress.114.ipv6."20:01:...:82" =
STRING: 0:15:c7:...:0

What does:

sh ipv6 neigh

...say at the same time you're doing this walk. To re-emphasise: things
fall out of this table *really* quickly!

I guess it's possible they broke it in SXI6, but I think it's unlikely.
Our lab box isn't currently running SXI6 so I can't test this I'm afraid.

...unless maybe the RFC-standard mib is supposed to be supported in SXI6?

Have you re-tried the RFC mib, ensuring "sh ipv6 neigh" has some output?

I will try to get SXI6 onto our lab box and re-test.
