What kind of resolution are you looking for? If you're looking less than
nanosecond precision things might get complicated, but for tens of nanoseconds,
should be easy.
Also maybe worth to consinder to rent the gear, if it is one-off need, as your
budget is bit tight for spirent/smartbits, ixia/agilent, it might fit anritsu
though.
