I'd settle for 1 micro. nanoseconds is a bit much especially with
gigabit gear.

budget is flexible, considering. I don't really need too all much, a few
ports will do, I just want better accuracy than I'm going to get with
tcpdump/wireshark and comparing packets and semi-wandering timestamps.
