Christian,
I suspect it may be built in default control plane policers kicking in
to protect the CPU.
Let me confirm this and will get back to you.

Subject: [c-nsp] Strange Packetloss on ME3600X
Hi list,
ME3600X-1----(mpls/isis)----ME3600X-2----(mpls/isis)----ME3600X-3
When pinging from X-1 to X-3 with ...
- source set to loopback
- DF set
- packet size is between (MTU - 4Byte) and (MTU - 7Byte)
- repeat count > 75
... then one out of 75 pings is lost.
I'am not quite sure where the loss occurs as "debug mpls packet
process" is only working when the packet size is smaller than
(MTU - 7Byte) - which reveals another strange behavior.
Can anyone confirm this or knows a reason why this happens?
regards
Christian
