[c-nsp] Cisco 7200 router with AAA problem and nvram corruption

Changes between IOS versions (check with Cisco for which ones) can cause the nvram to show as corrupt.
I think it has to do with a change of how the nvram checksum is calculated.
Of course a bad cmos battery (some are replaceable) can also cause this issue.
