I don't think the PA-MC-2T3 has any sort of built-in DACS functionality. 
If you have the PA-MC-2T3 though, you probably also have an M13 mux and 
DSX pannel (unless the telco is doing that part for you), so why not cross 
connect the circuits at the DSX rather than run them through the 7201? 
You lose the ability to monitor the circuits...they lose a point of 
failure.
