Hello All,
I am looking for a good resource both Cisco and non-Cisco specific for learning WAN/MAN technologies typically used in the service provider space.  Specifically SONET, Cisco ONS, as well as technologies surrounding self recovering rings, both Cisco proprietary implementations and standardized implementations.  Any input is appreciated!
