Multicast: 64,000 routes and 1,000 groups

Integrated ESP5 on ASR1001:

Multicast: 64,000 routes and 1,000 groups

Modular ESP5:	500,000 IPv4 and 125,000 IPv6 routes
Multicast: 64,000 routes and 1,000 groups

ESP10: 1,000,000 IPv4 and 500,000 IPv6 routes
Multicast: 64,000 routes and 1,000 groups

ESP20/ESP40:	4,000,000 IPv4 and 4,000,000 IPv6 routes
