[c-nsp] %C6K_PLATFORM-2-PEER_RESET: RP is being reset by the SP

Howdy,

I had a software forced reload on a switch (on this particular switch it was the first time.)

It left a crashinfo, which is unusual in my experience so it may actually be a software issue.

The switch is running SXI3 and this is the beginning of the crash dump, I tried to use the bugchecker on cisco.com to figure out if maybe this is just a bug in SXI3 but wondered if anyone is good at decoding these messes?
