[c-nsp] ASR9K MPLS basics

Do you have the configuration of ASR9K and 7600? Last week, i was
configuring the MPLS, MPLS VPN, MPLS TE between the ASR9K and 7600, can
work.
Show the related configuration, let us troubleshooting together.
