I don't know if the same limitation exists on the ME series switches,
since I don't have any to test with, but if you plan on carrying any
v6 routing protocols in your VRF, you might be stuck until Cisco releases
support for it. Last I heard for the from the TAC, support for most
routing protocols to be VRF and v6 aware was probably toward the end of
this year. It's been a few months since I looked into this, so it's
possible that might have changed.
