[c-nsp] OSPFv3 Adjacency issues between 2921 and 3750

Hi Mikael,
thanks for the input. Unfortunately i can not set the IPv6 MTU on the 3750.
According to the show ipv6 int xx output, both sides have an mtu of 1500
3750:
