According to my friendly SE - 6VPE is committed for 15.2.(4)S (likely Q3FY12).

You'll have to enable vpnv6 family on the sessions with your 6VPEs.
Effectively a copy of your vpnv4 family settings; and except for the family name there is no trace of IPv6 in the config of the RR.
