[c-nsp] Nexus 7000 and 6.x

I've had mix luck with 6.0 - some really stable (fabricpath / ipv6 / ospf ) on F2 and some really bad. 5.2.4 or better is whats safest if possible as its a long running train. 6.1 will be out shortly to support the new SUPs and M2 line cards.
