yes. 

6PE enables to carry IPv6 global routes over an MPLS cloud, using IPv6+label BGP address family. 
6VPE does the same for IPv6 VPN customer routes, using vpnv6 BGP address family.

All iBGP sessions between the 6PE or 6VPE are actually carried over IPv4 transport, so intermediate P routers are not aware of any of this and can be IPv4 only.
