I doubt there is anything non-disruptive that will restore function.
If it is an IOS bug then it will probably require either a blade or box reboot.
There is a definite non-zero probability that the controller that connects to the proms has gone south on the blade.

To clarify, I was wondering if there was something a teeny bit more subtle e.g. "clear xxx" or "connect to the SP, issue the following 'test xxx' command" that someone might have come across.

Clearly, reloading the blade or box is the "obvious" approach, but the box is in service, and the outage undesirable.

I'm confident there's no hardware fault here, rather an IOS bug.
