Yes I am referring to  Cisco feature navigator.
I searched by image and put in "c7200p-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4.bin"
No luck.

What tool are you referring to - what is the "Cisco feature tool" ?  Do 
you mean Feature Navigator?  And what are you trying to look up?
