for the bulk feature-set, try c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M2.bin (older) or c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M3.bin (unfortunately deferred) and then look at the release notes on 
c7200-advipservicesk9-mz.151-4.M4.bin (which is Maintenance Deployment release), to see any resolved caveats and/or improvements: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/15_1/release/notes/15_1m_and_t.html
