So it doesn't like something about the hardware, which is unsurprising
given the next item...

That software release is *ancient*. Upgrade. Seriously.

etc. etc. this all looks like you've got too-new modules in a chassis
running ancient IOS. Upgrade it. Maybe it has lost the boot: string
because the CMOS battery has died, and you were expecting newer firmware
to load?
