[c-nsp] NAt on cisco ASA 5505

It's possible and necessary when configuring a tunnel between two 
networks with overlapping rfc1918 space. Use an ACL to identify the 
traffic, and corresponding nat and global statements to NAT the traffic 
on the outside interface. The tunnel is then configured with the nat'd IP's.
